Cancellation and return
You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after receipt of your product without further specification of the reason for cancellation. From the moment of cancellation you have 14 days to return the product.
The shipping costs of the return are at your own expense.
In case you want to cancel your order, the product shall be returned in the original and unused state, if reasonably possible in the original packaging and with all supplied accessories to Ovilli.
To exercise this right, contact us via info@ovilli.com. Provide us with your name, order number and order date, and preferably the reason of cancellation.

Returning goods is at your own risk and expense. Please keep your shipping receipt carefully until it is sure that we have received your return shipment.
Please Notice:
Ovilli will reimburse all payments of the consumer, including possible shipping costs as charged by Ovilli, as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days following the day of the consumers cancellation notification. Unless Ovilli offers to collect the product themselves, Ovilli can wait to reimburse until Ovilli has received the product or until the consumer has provided sufficient proof that the product has returned to Ovilli, which ever occurrence comes first. Ovilli will apply the same payment method for reimbursement as used by the consumer, unless the consumer consents with an alternative payment method.
If consumer has selected a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping method, Ovilli is not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.
Exception of consumer specific orders
Products purchased via this web shop and made according consumer specific requirements, like size or printing, are excluded from this policy. Once the payment for the consumer specific order has been received, the purchase is definitive and non revocable.
